This ain’t as easy as it looks … especially when I don’t really have anything to say.

(Not as if that’s ever stopped me before, though, actually.)

So, as we close out Presidents’ Day: Who’s your favorite president? And why?

Mine is Abraham Lincoln. In small part because he is the “hometown boy” for anyone in Illinois, but in huge part because he saw something that was wrong and did everything in his power to make it right.

How many of us can say that?

I also have a fondness for JFK and FDR — especially as I get to know more about each man.

I wonder how history will regard the person who is elected as our 44th president?
